Informational documents are provided as Adobe PDF files (use version 4.0 or higher).  Documents that need to be completed as part of the application process are provided in MS Word format.  The MS Word files should open with MS Word 97 or later and WordPerfect 6.1 or later.  Some limited reformatting may be required if WordPerfect or earlier versions of MS Word are used.
